What is the expected delivery time for my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with standard delivery taking between 5 to 12 business days depending on your location and product availability. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

What is your return policy?

Mistora has a 5-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Mistora only ships within India. We are actively working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.
